Meet Emma

Carefully curated antique jewellery.

Hold on to a piece of antique jewellery and you can’t help but let your mind run wild. Who wore this piece before you? Did she wear it to a candle-lit soirée in a French château, the finishing touch to a gown of a thousand layers of silk? Is it from her doting husband, who only has eyes for her? Or from her lover?

Jewellery has an amazing capability to tiptoe between fashion and art. It’s the most personal thing you can wear. By choosing antique, you are making an original, tasteful choice. Stand out from the abundance of contemporary and choosing something that truly speaks to you.

Finding exceptional antique jewellery takes patience, curiosity and a well-trained eye.

I don't believe in having the biggest collection. I believe in having the right one.

Every piece you see here has been chosen because I would wear it myself, because it tells a story and because I believe it deserves another lifetime of being loved. And I will in some way be sad to see it go!

Canadian by nature. Old soul at heart.

My love for antique jewellery began with a love for anything old. Growing up in Canada, I followed my mother through flea markets and second-hand shops, where shopping wasn't leisure—it was a sport. When we weren't shopping, we were watching classic Hollywood films from the '50s and '60s, and I became fascinated by the glamour and the extraordinary jewellery worn by their leading ladies.

Moving to Belgium in my twenties deepened that fascination, surrounded by history, craftsmanship and antique markets. mentor told me, "Find your passion and just do it," and, with a dash of serendipity, not long afterwards I came across a private collection of antique jewellery that had been sitting untouched for over twenty years. That collection became the beginning of Emma Storey Jewellery.

Follow your compass.

You'll notice a compass throughout my brand, but if you look closely, the orientation is off. That's intentional. Movement is more important than direction. It's about intuition, trusting your gut, and daring to move forward.

As I venture along my own path, I'm delighted to offer the treasures I discover to women following theirs.
